C&H Tunbridge Wells holds many memories for me and my dress making mother - pouring over patterns and hours choosing materials. Sadly I did not inherit my mother's gift of patience, but I do love to pop in to see what they have in household textiles - ready mades of course, as well as the bits and bobs to create this and than, and even when I have to mend or sew C&H has all I need. The staff are helpful and thank heavens for the valuable knowledge and experience. I had no idea how to measure a window for a roman blind - thank heavens they did. We nearly ended up with a 8 foot wide blind with a 2 ft drop - now that would not have covered our modesty!
