The Workers' Educational Association (WEA) Tunbridge Wells branch is launching a new course this month which will look at the people of Medieval and Tudor Kent.

Come and join us on this 10 week course where we will explore the history of prominent Kent families and communities using medieval records (in translation) as well as the physical evidence left behind such as funerary art. The course lasts for 10 weeks and this includes a group visit to Sandwich, Kent.

The course starts on 8th January, 10.30am – 12.30pm, at the Camden Centre, Market Square, Royal Victoria Place.

Cost is just £79, but it may be free if you are in receipt of an income related benefit.
