An evening of live music, talks and debate to celebrate Human Rights Day 2013 in Tunbridge Wells. 10th Dec, Javabean Cafe, 67/69 TWells High Street, 18:00-19:45
This year in Tunbridge Wells we are going to celebrate human rights day, which is on the 10th of December.
Across the globe people will be celebrating human rights and calling for the full enjoyment of all human rights by everyone everywhere.
So why not come along to an evening of live music, talks and debate. The aim: to explore whether Human Rights are relevant in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.
In order to fuel the discussion we will be hearing about local issues and local organisations doing great work on the behalf of others. There will be talks from representatives of Porchlight, the Citizens Advice Bureau and Age UK Tunbridge Wells.
All this is kindly hosted by
Javabean Cafe, Tunbridge Wells High Street, where you can buy some seriously good cakes and coffee (and also alcoholic beverages!)
Come and get involved in the debate and help Tunbridge Wells celebrate Human Rights Day. See you there!
Go ahead and tweet about it! :
