By far the best Letting Agent in the South East

Having rented properties for over 10 years I have had my fair share of dealings with the dreaded letting agent. BrettsLetts have a refreshing take on letting properties. You do not have to worry about hidden or underhanded fees being charged when you move into a property (or out for that matter) and any issues with a property are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Andy & Sue are very personable and I feel reassured that they are just on the other end of the phone should anything be a problem, going above and beyond what anyone would expect from a letting service.

    We have known Sue and Andy Brett for many years,during which time they have managed our property in Pembury Kent,they are lovely people to deal with,and provide an excellent lettings service, always in a pleasant diligent proactive fashion,they go 'That Extra Mile'to get things done,and find local tradesmen at reasonable rates when needed for repairs,plumbing,gardening etc.This is Important to us, as we live quite a few miles away in Berkshire,but they have never let us down,and the installation of new tenants has always been seemless,with good refencing,carried out with tenants from all spheres,they are on call 24/7 to deal with any issues and 'Never make a Montain out of a Molehill' will deal with problems as they arise for you,so for a First Class Professional Letting Service,We would stronly reccomend them for all residental property.John and Phyllis Clark.

    It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sue & Andy at BrettsLetts over the last year. Our previous landlords would have made Rachman himself blush so we were more than a little weary of renting again.
    Luckily they found the perfect house for us, in our chosen area and best of all it was managed by them too. Sue and Andy met us in person, listened to our circumstances (irregular income and owning a dog) and made a common sense decision rather than one based on a credit score!
    Many Letting Agents are snobby and unapproachable, not to mention dismissive of anyone who does not fit their all too strict criteria. BrettsLetts are always friendly and approachable, seven days a week.
    During our tenancy all repairs have been dealt with swiftly and without question. Even when some contractors have tried to mess us around, Brettsletts have got the job done.
    Twelve months on we feel we have met friends rather than landlords and after reading this we feel sure they will reduce our rent!
    We would highly recommend BrettsLetts to all Tenants and Landlords.

    We moved to New Zealand just over 4 years ago. Having been unable to sell our house, we decided in our last week to let the house and asked BrettsLetts to manage the property for us. There was a lot of work that needed to be done to bring it up to quality. BrettsLetts managed this and even did a lot of the work. Since then we have been very happy with their professional and efficient approach without contacting us every minute to check/ask what to do. They have found tenants quickly and have handled any problems that have arisen with the house very promptly and always at a good price (using tradesmen that are known and trusted by them). We are more than happy with the quality of service we have received and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

    We moved to Washington DC several years ago and engaged Brettlesletts to manage the letting of our property after a very poor experience with another agent - one of the largest in the area. Brettletss has been a revelation compare with their predecessors. Excellent personal service in all aspects of the letting process. THey have quickly found us high quality tenants with almost zero gap between subsequent lets. Any minor repairs to the property are handled extremely promptly and efficiently - they never make a 'drama out of a crisis' - and they have helped us find first class tradesment for decorating and electrical upgrades.
