The retired couple from Tunbridge Wells captured by Somali Pirates more than a year ago have been released.
Paul, 60, and Rachel Chandler, 56, from Tunbridge Wells, were seized from their yacht off the Seychelles in October 2009 but according to BBC news the couple were told of their imminent release two days ago.
Mr Chandler told the BBC: "We're fine, we're rather skinny and bony but we're fine."
