In lots of ways men & women are simply not compatible, men are designed to sew their oats (by the millions) and women designed to look for the best father (good looks ie not a tramp). Then to complicate matters, the modern woman then tries to be like men and spread their stuff and hold powerful jobs, forgetting their essence of mother earth and the boundries for men are blurred.

The real question is ‘what is the purpose of the two of you being together? What will be the result? How will you both develop your consciousness? A great book to read on this is ‘The Life You Were Born To Live’ by Dan Millman.

Now some people say, “We never argue.” But they look really bored together. Have they moved up the levels of consciousness during their life together? Or, are they stuck and bored?

When things irritate you as a couple, it’s a great opportunity to develop! If both of you communicate and commit to it. When another irritation props up, embrace it ask yourself "What opportunity is being presented to me today?"

Sometimes it helps to try and discover the 'opportunity' by talking to someone like myself.
