Reading the Courier today, I am pleased to see what the new Council Leader has to say. His style and comments are a welcome change from the previous leader especially those as to whether the cabinet style of governance is the best way forward. Under Bullock far too much power was exercised by just 6 councillors without consultation of the rest of Council. I hope this will change.
