Tunbridge Wells will this Christmas play host to the fabulous Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs pantomime at the Assembly Hall Theatre from Friday, December 14 until Sunday, Janury 6.

From the producer of touring hits such as 42nd Street, Disney's Beauty and the Beast and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, UK Productions have been producing pantomimes for some of the country's top theatres for over 15 years.

In partnership with the Assembly Hall Theatre, they have staged the Tunbridge Wells pantomimes since 2005 including Aladdin, Peter Pan, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.

A familiar face in television comedy, JANINE DUVITSKI will be stepping into the role of the Wicked Queen.

One of the UK's best loved actresses, she is renowned for her portrayals of Angela in BBC1's Abigail's Party, the nosey neighbour Pippa in BBC1's One Foot in the Grave and more recently as the enthusiastic middle-aged  swinger Jacqueline Stewart at The Solana Hotel in ITV1's Benidorm.

Joining Janine as 'Muddles' will be CHRIS PIZZEY, Basil's comedy sidekick Mr Stephen in CBBC's BAFTA - nominated children's comedy 'The Basil Brush Show'.

He has also starred in CBBC's comedy show Planet Ajay and, The Sarah Jane Adventures.  A veteran of panto, he played Hook's sidekick Smee in Peter Pan, at the Assembly Hall in 2009.

JOSH BENNETT comes from a dynasty of little people performers and will be playing one of the dwarfs in Snow White. His mother, Sarah and Grandfather Alan were Ewoks in the film Return of the Jedi.

He is best known for his appearance in Channel 4's reality show Seven Dwarves and as the goblin in Harry Potter's latest movie 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2'.

NICK WILTON, BBC1's EastEnders' Market Inspector Mr Lister will play the hilariously over-the-top Nursie.

Everyone loves Snow White and there couldn't be a more beautiful Snow White than JENNY JONES who is best known for her performance as 'the bubbly pink body mover' in the hit children's show Hi-5.

Of course, Snow White wouldn't be the same without those lovable cheeky chaps the Seven Dwarfs.

The producers are delighted to announce that seven genuinely little people will be playing the parts of Snow White's friends and protectors.

MARTIN DODD, Director of UK Productions said: 'Snow White is one of the most favourite pantomime stories and I am delighted that we are able to bring our spectacular production to Tunbridge Wells this year.

'We have a superb cast from some of our greatest children's and adult television comedies so I can promise that the show will be big on laughs and small on little people, as yes we have our super seven truly talented real dwarfs. Don't miss it!"

Theatre Director of the Assembly Hall Theatre BRIAN McATEER said: "Snow White is a beautiful fairy tale that has enthralled and enchanted children for over 300 years.

'This year, it will be given the full pantomime treatment, incorporating song, dance, slapstick, cross-dressing and audience participation. And don't forget the loveable dwarfs - panto wouldn't be the same without them!'
