LOCAL BAND RICKY AND THE HATS HIT THE O2 AND WALK AWAY WITH CASH, AWARDS AND A MASSIVE SMILE

 

RICKY AND THE HATS receive £2,500 and beat 10,000 UK artists in "Open Mic UK" being

awarded 1st prize in their category and overall runners up.

Kent based Band, Ricky And The Hats performed

at IndigO2, Greenwich on Saturday 19th January 2013 in the Open Mic UK

competition and returned with some "nooooice" rewards! The band are

set to perform at some local festivals this year as well as recording and

Universal, scout for Sony ATV and Atlantic Brian Mahoney andBen Price Head of

A&R at Future Music."

Song Award" from Root 1 for "Sunny Weather"
