Was David Beckham having lunch in Tunbridge Wells today?

There were lots of rumours doing the rounds this afternoon that football superstar David Beckham was having lunch in Tunbridge Wells.

According to some, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder was eating at Woods on The Pantiles.
Kent & Sussex Courier reporters tweeted that they were rushing down to the scene to see if the rumours were true.
But, unfortunately, they said that Woods confirmed to them that Victoria's husband was not actually dining there and it was in fact a lookalikey person.
Drama over!
