South East Water is installing water meters for residents across the South East of England as part of the Customer Metering Programme that is currently rolling out.

South East Water
Nearly all customers will have a water meter fitted as part of this programme with more than 18,500 meters due to be installed in Tunbridge Wells throughout 2013 starting in February.
The programme is an important part of the Company's long term plan to secure future water supplies for customers and the environment and is also a fairer way of paying as customers will only pay for what they use.
Customers will receive information through the post four months before their meter is due to be installed and they do not need to do anything in the meantime.
While work is taking place South East Water and contractor, Clancy Docwra, may need access to your home to verify water supply.
Make sure you check the identity of anyone who claims to work for South East Water before letting them in and if in doubt, keep them out.
