100 miles of knee breaking pain! All in aid of charity Action Aid Medical Research from Tonbridge To Rochester Cycle Ride

I participated in a charity bike ride and was ready and prepared for the 100 mile gruel, until on the 42nd mile (exactly) I was rescued by Ambulance. Much as the Ambulance ride was lovely, but absent of ER's finest George Clooney I would have preferred to be able to finish the job. However my knee had other ideas!

CJ Osteopathy Tunbridge Wells ... If you have a bad back, stiff joints or suffered from a sports injury give us a call...
I had incredible knee pain and swelling but I knew in the back of my mind that this sports injury was an old skiing accident at the beginning of the year. I have since attended my very own local osteopath to help resolve this painful but very common ailment when looking to do these types of activities.
So the moral of the story is that even a qualified Osteopath sometimes requires help with these types of painful injuries and ailments. I would welcome new and existing clients to come and have a consultation with me as I am based centrally in Tunbridge Wells, Abbey Court Medical Centre, TN4 9TF 01892 570055

ReportOuch - sounds so painful! 42 miles is still nothing to be sniffed at though :) Good luck for the next one anyway. PS this is a very long shot, but you aren't the Caroline Jack from Cranbrook School that I remember from the late 1980's/early 90's are you?
